Vegetarian Indian on the Southwest Freeway. The kitchen will cook most items without onion and garlic when you say so at the start. It is not a sattvic kitchen by default, so a normal order will come the regular way.

Fasting plates (no grains, no beans) are something they already understand. That is separate from the onion and garlic question. Ask for both if you need both.

How to order

Tell them when you sit down, before the first snack hits the table.
Confirm the tadka. A lot of "we can do Jain" still starts the dal with onion.

No egg, no onion, and no garlic. That includes the sauce, the tadka, the dough, the oil, and the powder.
