They will make most items on request. Expensive, parking is a fight, and the naan is the reason.
Upper Kirby, not a casual weeknight unless you already want to be over there. The kitchen will adapt most of the menu. You are paying for the room and for bread that is worth the asking.
None of that removes the three rules. A polished Indian dining room still builds flavor on onion and garlic unless someone stops them.
How to order
- Say it when you book if you can, and again to the server. Two handoffs is how a request gets lost.
- Hold the garlic on the naan specifically. "Plain naan" is the order, then confirm it stayed plain.
No egg, no onion, and no garlic. That includes the sauce, the tadka, the dough, the oil, and the powder.
